Using Plexus
These terms govern the Plexus app and connected website, operated by Medulla Learning App, Near KINFRA, Kalamassery, Ernakulam, Kerala - 683503, India. Contact projectmedullaapp@gmail.com. Create an account using accurate details, protect your credentials and complete required profile steps. Do not share accounts, bypass access checks, abuse the service or upload unlawful material.
Educational purpose
Plexus provides study and revision material, not patient-specific medical advice or a substitute for clinical supervision. Check authoritative sources and current guidelines before clinical decisions. University questions and exam references do not imply university endorsement. Accuracy, exam outcomes and uninterrupted availability are not guaranteed.
Content and personal notes
Access grants a personal study licence, not ownership of the content. Do not redistribute, resell or publish protected material without permission, except where applicable law permits it. You retain rights to your own notes; service providers process them as needed to provide requested storage and sync features. Do not enter confidential patient information.
Free access and paid access
Current launch access is free: ₹0 INR. If paid plans are offered, checkout displays the included subjects or bundle, total price including applicable taxes and fixed access duration before purchase. Access activates after server verification of payment. Fixed-duration plans do not automatically renew. Changes to future prices or free offerings do not shorten an already purchased access period. Refunds and cancellations follow the Refunds & Cancellation policy.
Offline access and service changes
Downloads remain subject to account and content permissions. Paid offline access may require a server access check at least every three days. Device data can be lost after uninstalling, resetting storage or clearing browser data. Features, content and free availability may change, subject to existing purchase commitments and applicable rights.
Suspension, refunds and disputes
We may restrict access for fraud, misuse or security threats and provide an opportunity to contact support where appropriate. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in Ernakulam, Kerala may hear disputes, without restricting any statutory consumer forum or other mandatory rights. Nothing in these terms excludes liabilities or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
