Request deletion
To request deletion of your Plexus account and associated personal data, email projectmedullaapp@gmail.com with the subject “Plexus account deletion” from your registered account email. State that you want your account and associated personal data deleted. If you cannot access that email, contact support for ownership verification. We do not ask for your password or OTP. We acknowledge requests within 2 working days and aim to complete verified requests within 30 calendar days. Opening this page does not submit a request.

What deletion means
Deletion removes your account profile and associated personal study records held by Plexus, except information that must be retained for a legal obligation, transaction record, unresolved dispute or fraud prevention. Retained information is restricted to those purposes and kept only for as long as necessary under the applicable requirement. Backups expire under the provider backup lifecycle. Study information held only on your devices must also be removed locally. Deletion ends account access and does not automatically refund purchases; email a separate refund request where applicable.

Other actions
Signing out, uninstalling or removing downloads does not delete a server account. Disconnecting Plexus in Google Account settings revokes the Google connection; it does not by itself delete data already held by Plexus. The final process must verify ownership without asking for your password or OTP over email.
