No physical shipping
Plexus supplies digital educational access. No physical goods are shipped and no shipping charges apply to digital plans.
Activation
Digital access is delivered to the Plexus account used for checkout within 24 hours of verified successful payment. The fixed access period begins when the entitlement is activated. Refresh access or return to the app after purchase. If access is not delivered within 24 hours, contact projectmedullaapp@gmail.com with your account email and payment reference for resolution or a refund under the Refunds & Cancellation policy.
Downloads
An internet connection is needed for initial downloads and access checks. Download availability depends on your plan, device storage and content support. Paid offline access requires periodic server validation, currently at least every three days.
